Here at Confidential Therapy, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and completely confidential space for you to express, explore and discover yourself, as part of the coaching and counselling process.
As an experienced coach and certified psychological counsellor, I work online with individuals providing coaching and counselling on a range of subjects from family & relationship issues, anxiety/stress/burnout and grief, loss/recovery coaching to career coaching/job crafting and expat integration coaching.
My approach is based around Person Centred Therapy... encouraging clients to discover their own solutions and insights through related coaching/counselling methods. At the heart of my practice is treating clients with "Unconditional Positve Regard"... acknowledging that everyone is unique, and adopting a non-judgemental attitude towards who they are and the life they live, regardless of their values and beliefs.
Each client comes with their own life experiences and complexities, often meaning a nuanced approach is needed in order to have the most impact. Regardless of the reason for coaching and/or counselling, i'm able to give clients a unique mix of coaching techniques and counselling methods to best fit their needs.
My Mission: to provide a safe, inclusive and confidential space to anyone needing help and support with their mental health and wellbeing.
